Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue will headline Shorty Fest, May 2, a concert benefiting the Trombone Shorty Foundation. Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Cha Wa and Hot 8 Brass Band also will perform, with a special appearance by students from the Foundation's music education program, the Trombone Shorty Academy and Zigaboo Modeliste.
